hi, has anyone changed the rear suspension unit and how .
i have only had the bike a few months but already love it to bits .
i have had many different bikes in the thirty odd years of riding but this one makes me feel like a hooligan every time i take it round the mountain roads where i live . i just need to fit this new suspension and continue to enjoy
