Before you start thinking about sending out the crank to be resurfaced and polished ... you might want to check into getting a used crank from a salvage place. Bear in mind that the 900 shares the same lower end with a good many other XJ models, including the XJ750´s (Max and Seca) ... so there ought to be a whole world of possibilities for you to find a perfect replacement.
