It means your front signal on the right side is not working. Chances are, you need to pop the cover off and look at the socket for the light bulb itself - I would not be surprised if it is slightly corroded or requires replacement. Try getting some sandpaper and cleaning up the inside of the socket, then spraying a rust inhibitor (Fluid Film or something else) into the socket.
