Need a bit more info man.

Try ebay, they have a few engines for parts for about $50 if the doggs are worn off you should replace a lot of the trans.

It could just be the clutch. If the clutch is old, and not adjusted just right, it won´t shift. Or it will shift really hard. Could be a bent shifter lever or even a bent clutch lever.

If the trans %&#!¤s but nothing happens just revs, then the dogs are worn off, or something is bent baddly internally.
