First thing I would check is the throttle cable. Is is stiff? Is the lever going all the way down? are the idle screws set right? If that you did something really bad BUT! Its highly unlikely because you would have to mess up every carb the same way for it to run evenly and steady 3000 rpm. I suggest using a cable oiler, and then checking the idle screw and make sure the spring is there. |
