I´ve just picked up an 81 Seca 750 which had been sitting outside for 2 years. I´ve changed the oil, put in new gas and did a quick check of the carbs (seemed pretty clean except one needle, but I didn´t get any farther than that). It will idle with half choke, but dies if I open the throttle at all or turn off the choke. I also changed the plugs. Any ideas? I´m afraid I need to rebuild the carbs, but I´ve never worked on bikes before. Is this something I can do myself? I´ve got a manual on the way. Can´t wait to get this running!! Thanks
