These bikes are getting on in years now. If you have one they´ll need a complete carb cleaning by an expert mechanic. Also the little hex shaped dooie thing under the left side of the tank is actually a fuel pump. If your bike does not have the fuel and vaccum hoses hooked you correctly or the pump is bad the carbs will only get enough fuel to let the bike run about 30 MPH.
