I would do a compression check in all four cylinders and see what it says, I was a little scared to do mine, but I have 95-100 psi in each cylinder, my bike would start in cold weather and run great at high temps it turned out to be just a simple carb adjustment! I was told to check the compression very first because the bike IS 24 years old
