Could be a few things,
What kind of Air filters are you running, they may not be restrictive enough, since when its cold you choke it, and when its real hot it would run ok with more air.
Also what jets are in there??, any change to intake and exhausst must have a jet change to compensate.
i would also adjust the air mixture screws on the carb.
