Speedometer Problem

Ok, as any of you know that have a V65, these things are a total pain in the %&#!¤to figure anything out on. They just don´t work like anything else out there...And so...

Now I am having a problem with the speedometer, or more exactly, the speed sensor or whatever you would call it mounted on the front wheel. My cable is in tact but it´s not turning, so something is haywire down there. The problem is, I can´t find any kind of diagram or info on what´s there, how it works or even what the part might be in the Climber service manual. Does anyone know where something like that might be posted, or can you tell me what might be going wrong with the thing? It´s probably an easy fix, I just don´t know how to do it.
