You probably won´t find a GL650 ignition switch, I couldn´t. However, I discovered that a GL500 ignition switch will fit with some modifications (GL1000 & 1100 should be the same)and JC Whitney has new ones for ABOUT $27. To make the modification, you´ll have to drill out the bolt holes on the ignition switch and use the pigtail from a GL500. It´s not perfect, but it´s pretty good. I´m going to modify the bracket a bit more for a better fit. I might be possible to get by without the GL500 pigtail, but I won´t be able to check until I begin assembling my bike.
