| I´ve owned one of these since 1985 and it is an awesome bike. Fairly light, quite a bit of power and torque, a great-sounding engine, reliable, predictable handling, comfortable riding position, and a good looker. It is my favorite bike to ride in the summer for around-town. These are one of the 100 best bikes ever made. It´s getting harder to get parts. It´s a shame that none of the bike companies have ever followed up on this bike. The only thing available now is a very under-powered cruiser with poor handling or a much heavier (by 300 lbs) bike with completely different riding characteristics. |
