CX 650 Electrical issue

I have a CX650C with side car--A great bike. Howevever I recently noticed the fuse block is getting hot only on the last fuse on the right, the tail light fuse. It does not blow the fuse but the fuse connector is very warm to the touch. It cools down SOME if I disconnect the side car lights but it is still quite warm. It seems as though it may be a short but up to now nothing has happened nor has it blown the fuse. Does this sound normal?

Thanks John
