New battery, no power past the starter solinoid.

New battery, no power past the starter solinoid.

Picked up a ´83 CX650C that sat since 2012, I put a new battery in it and there is no power part the starter solenoid. The 30 amp fuse is good. No dash lights or brake lights. Everything seems to be dead past the hot side of the solenoid....anybody have any ideas?
