I have found the CM250C to be cold blooded, that is it often doesn´t like to start after sitting for even a few days. The solution I found was to open the needle valve (flat bladed screwdriver)on the float chamber and drain some fresh fuel from the tank down into the chamber while catching the expelled fuel from the rubber drain hose into a glass jar for the lawnmower. Bike then starts right up.
