ignition problem?

i just got my carbs cleaned and it seems to have trouble with the carbs or possibly the ignition coil or cdi? it when riding acts like there is trash still in the carbs but when they are took apart again there is nothing in them. at one point it ran good and i put 30 mls on it parked it then tried to ride it two days later the same thing happens. the coil tested a little weak but it idles fine my mechanic hasn´t rode it to see what i´m talking about but i´m thinking it´s an electrical problem. really want to ride and don´t want to buy parts that won´t fix the problem so any suggestions would help.
