I was hoping someone can help me figure out what parts I´m missing in the throttle linkage. I bought 83 XL200 that had some parts robbed off of it. They removed the slide and needle out of the carburetor. I never seen the bike before this happened so I´m not sure what all was taken off of it. The end of the throttle cable has a barrel type fitting (like the end that would connect to a brake lever). It also has a black pastic threaded end with a lock nut at the end of the cable. The barrel fitting does not fit through the carb cap so I´m sure I´m missing some other part(s) here. I have a photo if anyone thinks they can help...thanks
