Seems like you also need to rinse out your fuel tank properly
The new gas is gr8 but there could be rust or dirt particles in the bottom
Also remove the fuel valve and clean the filter in side
Once you clean all that then pour new fuel and then inspect the flow of gas fuel in a empty container to c if the gas flows
Quick thru the fuel line.
Next if you have a strong flow thru the fuel line hose
Then connect to carburetor inlet
After a few minutes turn off the fuel petcock
Valve remove fuel hose from carb
Now remove carburetor from bike
Make sure u have the carb facing up right while u remove off bike
After that now gently remove the lower float bowl
Of carburetor
Now if the bowl level is a little more than 2/3 full
Than you r fine
But just to be sure plz check the manual for exact level
But if the fuel level is less than 2/3 or closer to 1/2
Then that is the problem
Lack of fuel in the bowl

Also if your bowl level is ok than you need to replace
Gaskets,o ring between the carburetor and engine
Since there might be loss of vaccum
Since its running with only choke.
This is the only issue that comes to mind.
