I like the bike as well. I would be glad to send you pictures of what it looked like when we got it and where it is at now. The guy that owned it left it to the elements and it was crap but it is slowly coming around. My father has not ridden in about 20 years now but used to build choppers and his own custom bikes in the 70s so he still has his touch for working with them. No, I am not making this one a chopper btw. I just want it to be a nice clean bike and am looking to alternatives and different ways of thinking when it comes to the end result of it all. It has been painted, not a color I have ever seen on a Harley. My father had it painted to match my Mustang (mineral grey) and from what I hear it looks beautiful. Now if I can just get him to put the rest of the pieces together. Is there a good website or any books that deal with this bike or like bikes? Thanks.
