Just look at the shape of an 80´s Ironhead sportster - it is iconic. The engine is a living brething organic thing of beauty - think Easy Rider. It is slim, low down brilliance. It´s BAD man NOISE, GRUNT, VIBES but damn it it commands respect from everyone.And has masses of low down torque.

The Evo engine is more practical , but heh don´t this and certainly the Twin Cam seem too sanitised - dare I say it BLAND - most horror of horrors like a Japenese Bike - Characterless ...but reliable ect.

No if you want somthing that would not be allowed today -SMOKE LOUD RUMBLING slice of HEAVY METAL THUNDER - accept no substitute.. but buy one that is being ridden ! Break out from the rabble !!!
