I just purchased a 2005 K1200LT and have some questions. 1) The motor seems to be noisy (knocking and valve train when first cranked. Is this normal? Also skips at randum when cold. It just doesn´t seem tight. I am going in for my 600 mile service in a couple of days. 2) When I first let out on the clutch, I seem to have a drive train chatter. My previous bike was a V-star 1100 and before I put the cobra pipes on it it was very quit and tight. I would expenct more from the BMW. |
