I think your performance figures are out with a claimed 80mph top end. My 83 501 stays with a friends 750 guzzi targa both with pillions and italian magazines at the time of launch compared it with all the then current japs 500kle, xt600, Dr´s etc and it was quicker than all of them except a 750 super tenere
