| My BF has a 2007 vrod... supposedly it has a 5 gallon tank......... but we are lucky to get 90 miles out of a tank of gas.... the guage goes to a half of a tank, and then DROPS to empty... the most we have ever put in the tank is 3.3 gallons... is it a faulty gas gauge, or is it that there really sint a 5 gallin tank on it... we were riding the other day, the guage dropped, we went another 4 miles after the light came on, and the engine just STOPPED......... im glad we were at a stop light and not out going the interstate... I have looked and read about the vrods that had this issue previously, but they supposedly had the smaller gas tank... Can any one give us advice.... Thanks Diamonddenise |
