I just purchased a 1981 Black Gold Wing Interstate from the original owner who bought it in our hometown of Prescott, Arizona. The bike has 58,000 miles, has never been down, has been under cover and not ridden for over 15 years. Before putting in storage the owner removed all body panels, the gas tank (which he drained), pulled off the carbs, oiled the cylinders, stuffed the intake ports with oiled rags, etc. We would like to restore the bike to like new condition & appreciate your help and comments.
