Need help finding the right size clip on drag bars

Need help finding the right size clip on drag bars

I have a 1981 kawasaki ltd 1000. In changing the bars but cannot figure out the size I need . I want to put clip on drag bars on the front fork but cannot figure out the upper fork tube in mm. Any help would be greatly appreciated
