I own, ride a `81 CX100(SP motor), copy of LMII except for the motor. It is still my all time favorite bike, partly because of it´s unique looks, partly because of it´s versatility. On this model you have the option of mounting conventional handlebars. On mine I have euro touring bars, which make the bike much more versatile, combined w/a Corbin seat. I really like having a clock & voltmeter. This bike is not real fast...but it´s fast enough for me. Mine gets 50-60 mpg so I can easily go 200 miles b4 gas fillup. I took my lowers off & don´t miss them @ all. If you hunker down a little behind the fairing the rain goes right over the top of you @ 65 or + mph.
