my father use to have a GSX 250E and he managed 105mph when he first got it apart from the electrics this bike is a very good first bike to learn on far better then the Honda CB250 which are alot more sluggish then the GSX as for the electrics one known problem is the rectifier which you can solve this problem by using a superdream rectifier but you need someone with good electric knowlege to fit it.
