Hi, I am Alan and I live in the North of England, East of Manchester in the UK.
Just bought a 1981 GS 850 L. It was an import from the USA in 1991.
The speedometer is only calibrated to 85mph, why?. This is puzzling as the 850 is capable of 100+.
The bike feels \
