Dos any one herd of this, or can help me with an advice, I Would really appreciate it.

When I was starting my (81 650 special) after sitting over night it started making a clank noise. I turned it off. Now when I rotate the engine by hand it randomly seizes in both directions after random amount of terns.

And also, if the cam chain tensioner is pulled out, will the valve timing be disturbed.

I would very match appreciate any information
