say nate, i had a problem like yours with the headlite fuse getting hot and not making a good connection. The prongs holding the fuse in would not bend--only snapped off; in otherwords it broke, so i ended up replacing the fuse panel with a 4 fuse holder panel from carquest auto parts and put new end connectors on the wires. with a little modification it worked great. i´ve had no problems in 3 yrs. robin
