Hi Todd.I have just bought a seca thats been standing outside 4 1 year. The carbs were bad.The fuel had become a gel like substance.I stripped the carbs completely,[its not that hard, just take note of what u r doing,or take photos.Leave the carbs bolted together, strip everything else.Dunk all parts and carbs in Hydrochloric Acid, only for a few seconds!!Rinse immedietly in water.Blow out all channels ,pipes etc with compressor.Soak in Prepsol [engine degreaser] 4 about 30 mins.Rinse properly.Blow out again. You may have to repeat the whole procedure a few times. You will have 2 use a bit of elbow grease on some parts.
