I´ve done some more research and haven´t found anything but the UKs specs. These are what I´ve used and it seams too be fine. Well now that I put an new head gasket on! Use these as a guide line.
cylinder compression (at sea level)
Standard 156psi (11.0 kg cm2)
minimum 128psi (9.0 kg cm2)
Maximum 171psi (12.0 kg cm2)
Max Difference between cylinders 14psi( (1.0 kg cm2)
