Handle bars/ Faring removal

Hey any of you experience a wobble in your handle bars? I sthis due to the bussings at the triple tree?

Just removed a windjammer fairing and having an issue with the frame to which it was mounted. There is a coil/radiator looking device mounted to it and connected to the engine, any idea where that goes if I loose the fairing support?
