Hi All, I just won a 2000 R1100 RT-S with 17,100 original-owner miles on it on eBay. I´m picking it up tomorrow by truck, since the insurance and my Mass M-class license isn´t complete, yet. Although other BMW owners can probably imagine that I would be excited, I can´t tell you how hard it will be not to get on that Beautiful machine and ride her back home! My last bike was a Kawasaki 1100 Shadow that I only owned for a year. No matter how I tried, I just couldn´t warm up to that bike. And the last bike I owned that I truly loved was a 1977 Laverda 750 twin. But I always dreamed of owning a Boxer! Imagine my delight when I read the owner´s statement that \ |
