CM400T Starting Issue (just stopped but will push start) |

One day, after driving several places, it just stopped starting. I can push start it. The oil light comes on for a second. The headlights dim as the the revolutions slow. The turn signals stay on solid if you turn them on. Perhaps on a side note, I have been trying to find out about a little part right next to the battery. It looks like a tiny solenoid/alternator/regulator. Smaller than a baby food jar. Is that the starter motor? Thank you for any informaion you can give me. I just started riding again after ten years. I need the chepest solution. I donĀ“t want to keep push starting it. Tahnk you again... Rick |
