Should I replace my piston rings?

My 1980 Honda CB650C is going through a lot of oil. I performed a compression test on the cylinders and got the following results: 1 at 135psi, 2 at 125psi, and the 4th at 130psi. I´m planning to replace the valve seals this winter but am not sure if it´s worth the time and $$ to replace the piston rings as well - especially with those compression test results. Any ideas/advice?
