i just bought this project bike & am new to motorcycles but an experienced auto mechanic. the starter cover was FULL of water and the dash lites lite but not the head lite. where should i start looking to trouble shoot its electrical problem? key switch, push button, solonoid, starter. where can i find a repair manual &/or schematic for it? ANY HELP AT ALL IS APPRECIATED GREATLY.
