1980 Gl1100 rear air shocks

I have a 1980 Gl1100. My rear air shocks will not hold air and the oil has leaked out. What should i do to fix. Or do i need to purchase new shocks? Where can i find these. Bike has 20,000 miles. I am from Ohio.
