I am thinking about buying this bike. It is selling for $1200. The owner is willing to set up a payment plan with me. He says it is street ready, garage kept, minor nicks and scratches, mirror is missing, and the only real problem is that the speedometer is not working, but he assures me the cable just needs to be replaced. He drives it around the block every few days just to keep it up, otherwise he has no time to ride.
I have owned a kawasaki ´95 ninja 500cc before this, but I have no concrete knowledge of motorcycles, especially one this old.
Please e-mail me if you have any tips or comments for me.
Maybe some advice from previous experience.
I need all the help I can get.
