I recently came into posession of a 1980 Suzuki GS450 L. It was sitting in a friend´s barn and he said it doesn´t run if you want it you can have it. Sweet! So one new throttle cable and replacement master cyliner later I have a running bike. Very Sweet! So now let´s get this thing plated. Problem, the bike was left in the barn when my friend purchased the property. There is not title and we do not know the last title person. So the DMV told me that if the bike´s original value was less than $5000 I can request a title by doing a police report and producing a bill of sale from my friend to me. So I am looking for docmentation as to how much one of these things costs originally. Thanks for any help. |
