I have an xt 250 with well over 100,000 miles on the same engine, yes it has had some new parts fitted. Most of the problems that uccur I have come across, so if you have a problem I should be able to answer it. I am stuck on one fault, When I start it on full lights they suddenly go to VERY DIM, voltage to headlight is about 4.5 volts yet the battery charges ok,and does not use the battery water, waiting to fit a new rectifier (the small lego brick sized rectifier fitted next to the coil) will let you know if it solves it. Does anyone know of a S/hand, new or replacement L/hand switch gear, Dip/Main/Horn. |
