See my prior postings on your exhaust problems. Same with my posting on turn signals. If they aren´t happening 10% of the time double check connections in the switch, the lamps, and all wiring to and from. Radio Shack or another electronics store for geeks like me sell small tubes of stuff that will improve voltage flow and keep corrosion away. To check for resistance in advance; measure voltage at the battery (battery charged, bike´s been run for a while), then check voltage at the turn signal (pull the lamp and measure across it´s contacts). Do both with the bike running at idle. If the voltage is lower at the turn signal then battery voltage then you have found resistance in the line. In electrical terms Voltage is pressure (Amperage is volume), and bad connections are like a kink in the hose. Tell me if you can´t find a fault, Erik.
