the allen head turn counterclockwise its just hard to break it loose now i have no idea why it would have been drilled. but the vacume advance on that bike barly moves any way it jsut turn about 6 dagrees at half throttle and thats it so dont think its not working if it moved at all than its working but the way it runs with relation to the timming could be that the carborators need to be tuned because you have mutiple carbs and the advance only runs off one carb. so if the others arent in synch than it may not even run at all. but since its been drilled i have no idea what the reason for that was. but id recomend replacing the pickup unit/ timing plate assembley and get those carbs tuned in synch and then it will probly run great and every thing should work like it was ment to. |
