The starter motor is attached with three unbrako bolts. To are accesible on the outerside of the engine casing, on the front left side of the engine, below the front cylinder. One is only accesible if you take off the left side engine cover (generator cover). If you lean the bike hard on its right side, you do not even have to empty it from engine oil when you take off this cover. When the cover is off, it is easy to see the last bolt that needs to be taken off. When this bolt is out, the starter motor is loose. |
