The CB400A was available in tahitian red or candy sapphire blue in 1978, and in green or a different red for 79 through production end. I got this information from a Honda product identifier book, so I have to wonder about brown. As for the stripes and logo, if you can´t get the geometric specifics from Honda, you might try searching the web for close-up photos and have a custom graphics shop do it. eBay usually has body parts from time to time. Even if the striping is incomplete, a few incompletes can be mentally pieced together in the shop.
