Greetings fellow CX riders. Smokey here...
Just ground-up rebuilt a ´79 CX500 (okay, she still needs paint... but otherwise...). As it seems is fairly often the case, however, the charging system is crapped out. At this point I figure it´s the stator that´s keepin´ her down.
Would anyone out there happen to have a spare stator they´d be willing to sell for a reasonable price, or know somewhere that I could find one fairly cheap (some websites are asking upwards of 300 bucks for ´em... and I just can´t afford that...).
