Well im in NSW and im not sure where you would be able to send it for a rebuilt one but id probably find a small bike shop because they tend to be better at solving problems on older bikes as bigger shops tend to not bother with the old bikes (they think that old bikes are crap). i think i might have to talk to an auto electrician about my problem though, its a little annoying because i took my bike out on the road the other day and it went great and there is alot of power there, and dad said he heard me take off from about 1 km away so its a little noisy but thats the way old bikes should be :)
