I have a `80 Convert. It´s a great bike for in town or cross-country trips. In town, you just leave it in low & throttle or brake. Makes traffic much easier. On trips you just throttle or stop, so you can enjoy the scenery around you much more. Taking curves makes you slower, but you don´t get in trouble either. You just flow thru the curves. With it´s 6+ gal. tank you can go 180-200 miles b4 fillups. The seat is comfy too stock, 1 or 2 up. And there´s the GREAT sidestand/parking brake too.
