Unfortunately all the early 900´s had an overheating prob...it was a factory issue. Kawasaki corrected the prob by giving out re-calibrated temp gauges...they said the early guages we´re reading too high. Check out the GPZ owners website..they have all kinds of fixes for your prob. :-)
