Hi there I have a 87’ GPZ 305 It still runs well enough for it age, But sometimes when I am trying to start her up and it a cold start I will get a knocking in the engine, Not always but sometimes, usually it calms down once I get it warmed up. My first question is, “ is this a death nel for my bike”. “If so how long do I have.” And can I just put a new different engine into my bike To make it like new again. Put the km back to zero. I know the engine has to fit but aside from that can it be done. And how hard would that be to do. Shop time wise. |
